The Early Childhood Community Coalition works together and collaborates with other agencies toward three strategic goals:

Education
Ensure relevant high quality professional development for early childhood practitioners throughout Lake County.

Collect and analyze the interests of families with young children in Lake County.

Advocacy
Identify overlapping concerns and positions among ECCC stakeholders regarding early childhood policies and issues in order to impact public policy.

Communicate the ECCC public policy agenda and educate policy makers and community stakeholders. Serve as a recognized resource to educate legislators, policy makers, practitioners and parents about early childhood issues.

Networking/Collaboration
Build strong and meaningful relationships among allied groups and organizations in order to support and promote meaningful changes in the Lake County early childhood system.

Serve as a provider of information about early childhood services, resources, and events for Lake County parents and professionals.
